Summer rain is an amazing estate that is not far from Nelspruit. 10-15 minutes drive to the airport and to Nelspruit. Has a private school right next to it and has affordable estate homes.

Very beautiful clear and clean gated private community, sufficient area to start a family, enough yard for kids to play, there's a park, and a soccer field and 24/7 private security patrolling for your safety and the guards are extremely friendly and eager to help you with anything, entrance security is tighter than Julius male as lips
