Pick n Pay Clothing Oakfields

I wish there was a rating for minus 10 stars as that is what I would rate this business. Staff have no etiquette, poor conduct and absolutely no manners to be working in a retail environment. I am sick and tired of supporting poorly run retail stores with below standard service delivery, from the quality of products to the unprofessionalism of staff. Shouting and screaming to one another while concluding my sale.Even after expressing my total and utter disgust with the way they conduct themselves, they couldn’t care less.. Total disregard for clients who support the business that is paying their salaries that they clearly do not deserve. Amazing how this kind of service and behaviour is tolerated by consumers.PNP - train your staff, teach them manners and business etiquette!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also your clothing is getting expensive and quality is poor. I have to return some products because it is torn, I will most definitely not go back to Oakfields PNP Clothing.

Always helpful and Always do their best.I have never had trouble with them and they go above and beyond to help .

It was a very good experience.The only problem is the indication of the entrance and exit at the cashers when want to pay.One can engage from both sides and clients do get confused

Rude, rude, rude staff! They either just ignore you when approached, or take their time helping you, that you just eventually leave the store! I was looking for a Snoopy hoodie for my son. Asked the 2 tellers if they had it in stock. Both looked at me blankly. I repeated my question, pointing to the men's goodies on the shelf. Without even bothering to look, they just said no! I asked if they could possibly phone another store for me to check if they had stock, so I don't drive there and waste my time. They told me they didn't know any other stores numbers, and just walked away! I'm disgusted that you allow your staff to talk to customers this way ... and they get paid to be this rude! Shocking!PS, I walked out your store and phoned myself, and Pick n Pay Sheridan were extremely helpful and kept the Snoopy hoodie for me till I could get there! Your store could learn a few manners from other stores!

I presume Zinpo is the manager. She is absolutely rude!!! Totally ignored me when I spoke to her and actually didn’t even acknowledge my presence in front of her. I have no idea how she got that job!

Lots to buy good quality and low prices

The staff are beyond rude. I have not been treated this poorly in any store before. They went so far as to lie that the manager is off sick, interesting that on my way out I requested a different staff member as to where the manager is, and was informed that she is not off sick, she's just out for lunch. I will most certainly never visit this store again.
