A heartfelt and most sincere note of thanks is due to Subash at the Pinetown (Durban) branch of Wurth. I needed an item that he was not familiar with (A/C leak sealant) and which he did not stock at his branch. Instead of the usual apology for being asked about an unfamiliar item, Subash researched, located and sourced the item on my behalf.
