The service provided is mediocre at best and Wynhand is utterly rude and disrespectful, however there is a technician named Warren who is VERY helpfur (thank god for him) They can never give you straight answers as to why the internet is not working, which happens at least 4 to 5 times a month. And as I am an online teacher as a result of this unstable and poor connection I have lost thousands of Rands over the last two years. And when I try to ask them what they are doing to solve these issues long term they say we are working on it but we cannot tell you when it will be fixed".Honestly if I had the opportunity to change I would do so in a heart beat as this company is useless at doing the one thing you pay for
