I came here because I needed dressings urgently, although I usually do not go to Arrie Nel pharmacies(attitude problems, expensive despite being a chain, limited selection).This particular pharmacy did not have the problem with bad manners and disgraceful behaviour behind the counter. I was very pleasantly surprised at the service I received, in fact, the gentleman was positively friendly. There was also a large selection of dressings available.Unfortunately the prices here are still quite high.People boycotting this chain because of the associated rudeness and invasions of privacy that it has become synonymous with can make an exception here.

Went to this pharmacy twice in the last 3 months. First time was fine, normal experience. Second time? I had to get headache pills for my girlfriend. Wait 2 mins at the counter, no one comes to help. Call my girlfriend, loudly asking what she wants (other side the counter). After the call, waited another 2 minutes before walking around and getting the pills myself with a oh the customers are helping themselves". Will not be going back"

I went for a covid test, the staff indicated that I should sit on the chairs as the sister is currently busy with another patient. There was a little bench with an elderly lady sitting on it, as I was unsure whether I am sick I asked if I can sit on the loose chairs where we use to queue for covid tests in the past.While I was waiting I saw other patients which came in after me getting helped first. I don't mind waiting if some other patient if they had an appointment or some form of an emergency (which did not seem to be the case).

This pharmacy has been able to help me every time I had a problem. They even delivered my medicine. Yes clicks is cheaper, but time and time again I haven't been able to get my specific prescription there. This pharmacy always have what is needed in stock. The personnel has always been very friendly and the pharmisists go above and beyond. Especially my delivery yesterday, you have no idea how much it meant not having to try and get meds when you feel bad and are afraid to put other people in danger. I am definitely moving all my prescriptions to them. Thanks again
