I was doing a shopping on the 8th of June 2023 around 3pm.....I really did not like the service I received from the chubby Tswana/Pedi lady she was rude to me in such a way that I almost swear at her.....she was looking like someone who was in a hurry like she did not wanna help me....she did not even bother to ask me about the reward card

I don’t understand the stuff members, there’s a guy I don’t know if he works there or not he’s dark in colour he ddnt even have name tag or uniform . I was busy shopping around n he came n want to help though he was telling me that I must buy that too I wanted to buy n give him R50 though on the receipt it will be full amount. I asked why Is he doing that and he said they are taking from expired lay-by. So where do I enter on that. Stuff are making money out of people’s lay-by I was not happy about how the guy treated me

Highly disorganized. Staff has no social skills. Clothes lay on the floor unmoved for hours. Social distancing not adhered to. Never going back.

Absolutely unorganized and quite frankly just dirty ...there's clothes laying on the floor along with price tags . No one is even at the entrance to sanitize you . Half of the stock was laying in boxes not even packed out which then leaves you with limited sizes ...ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT!
