DO NOT BUY OR RENT!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET!!!!Clover hill, Clover ridge and Clover Forest are built by the same developers.They use extremely cheap material and the place is falling apart it's barely 4 months living there but we've called in the maintenance guys 1000000x to repair items and few days later you call them again for the same issues.You buy water and electricity from them as a Third party and their added service fees are ridiculous.Money making scheme.

Very unsafe, several break-ins and attempted break-ins in the complex during my year of rental.Poor workmanship, newly build complex but refuse pipes smell and waterleaks does not get fixed in a timely manner.Not the owner of the complex or the managing agent attends to tenant complaints.Poor cellphone signal and installed fibre service at an additional cost hardly ever works.

This security complex is situated in a lovely area. The apartments are modern and bright.The workmenship is questionable with hallow tiles, loose hinges, broken shower heads and toilets that do not flush and sometimes flood.The complex was previously not safe with 4 incidents but with the security company being changed it seems safer.It sometimes smells like sewerage with multiple complaints form tenants.The complex management is slow to act and may charge and accuse you of negligence for poor workmenship. There firbe hardly works and it mostly down.I don't recommend this place.

Don't rent or buy!!! A BIG No No!Very poor workmanship, infrastructure is a concern. Mould everywhere, electricity and water is controlled by their managing agency can only be bought from Monday to Friday 8-4h30.Else you are without it!Security is a concern.Lack of response to all maintenance concerns.

I accompanied my colleague for an apartment viewing, Dudu the estate agent was friendly and the female security personnel on the 30 of March 2023 2ho was on shift gave an amazing welcoming service.

Clover Hill is the worst. There are so many issues, safety issues, smelly seweges and the body Corp doesn't take anyone serious. You have to buy water and electricity from them during their allocated hours. It'd the worst when no one is available to assist.
