Beautiful course to play, highly recommended. From the friendly Proshop staff, stunning course layout next to the Vaal River, great greens, a day to savour and treasure. Take a drive out here, its a worthwhile experience.

Kak place to stay or buy a house lots of break in management doing nothing about it. It's not safe for our kids and wife because of the break in that tavern in front on the R59 it's making its worse nose weekend in weekend out

Course is extremely difficult.Narrow fairways. Blind tee shots, hazards in place all the time.Not for beginner golfers. You will lose balls and Leave frustrated. Go with someone who's played the course before as there aren't any caddies.I'd you like a challenge. This course is it.Dry course. Ball runs alot off the deck. Pick your clubs well and your shots.Goodluck

Parys Golf&Country Estate is a Free State gem, Top50 golf course in South-Africa and very challenging. Water and bunkers every where, fairways have a links feel to them. The scenery and river is amazing, the Springboks are not human shy and walking peacefully almost players. I loved the club house and the halfway house was manned by 3 ladies that was very helpful and had everything stocked and ready(could even top up on some golf balls taken by the river). The estate is very clean and security conscious, family safe and even play area for kids. Priced very fair. Course was in immaculate condition, green keeper is doing a great job, thank you.

Lovely picturesque golf course, well maintained.The greens are fast but not too hard.Decent driving range facility.Restaurant has lovely atmosphere and great service.
