We had trouble with intermittent down load speeds a few weeks back, after contacting Node One support they were right on to the issues. It took a couple of weeks but they never gave up on us and eventually nailed the problem. Node one were easy to communicate with via email... So I didn't have to wait on the phone.They provide a consistent fast service, that still is fast during the holidays, unlike the bunch next door that slow to non existant.I have no trouble recommending their services, as they have great back up with amazing support staff who care about the quality of service you receive. if you have access to one of their towers I recommend you talk to them.

Sacha was so helpful throughout locating and repairing our fault. He gave easy instructions in fault finding and followed up to make sure all was working. Very happy with his service. Thank you!

Fantastic support given to me hence can highly recommend. So great to be dealing with a Company who has Australian/English as a first language. So much easier to be understood and address any questions or issues. Best internet service I have ever used.

Never had a problem with DCSI but since Swoop took over it has been a steady, steep decline in service and support. No reply to emails for support, miscalculations of data used, wait time on the telephone at least 30 minutes. The staff are courteous and helpful if you are lucky enough to speak to one of them - clearly they don't have enough. Bad management. The kind of experience that ruins the remainder of your day.

My order got delayed in processing and I had to call customer service. Harley checked and processed it quickly. While setting up the modem connection, I called again and it was answered promptly by Harley again !! He remembered me from last call and could walk me through the setup easily.Satisfied with the service so far.Good service in cheap rate. Go for it.

Amazing customer service. Sacha helped me patiently and with great knowledge to troubleshoot the issues I had with my connection. The issues were due to my old modem and not NodeOne related but this didn’t matter to Sacha and he helped me anyway. He followed up several times with me to make sure all is working fine.I am truly impressed and have already recommended you to my colleagues and friends and will keep recommending you!

Nothing better than knowing when you call a support team you are speaking to someone that is A class in customer service and that they are most importantly local people, not international hard to to understand customer service agents. I honestly have nothing but great experience of excellent service to report with these guys at Node1 / Swoop. Sacha has been a breeze to deal with recently enabling a swift transition and connection of my NBN when I moved home. Give these guys at Node1 and Swoop a go, great competitive prices but most of all the best service and know how in the industry.

Sacha Tostevin from Swoop worked tirelessly with me to improve our internet connection. Together we negotiated many menus over the phone to upgrade our modem. We then address other issues of what effects the speed of the internet along with how to troubleshoot and diagnose problems. This I found to be very educational. I feel that I have learnt a lot from Sacha's phone guidance. Basically I just listened to Sacha's direction and did what he requested. He is a great problem solver and I highly recommend him.

Very good experience on my first day. Everything went smooth. Harley went above and beyond and helped to troubleshoot my NBN line and also helped in setting up my client portal account.Would definitely recommend NodeOne.
