The main pharmacist, Jayson is arrogant and screams at his customers. Absolutely unhelpful during lock down, and yelled at me because I had a long script of necessary medication. Short fused, not willing to assist. Do not use the pharmacy unless in desperate situations.

It truly is painful that in 2022 the owner of the pharmacy was racist when a request was made to use a bathroom and tried laughing it off as a joke. Shame on you! Even your own staff heard you and were shocked too. Shame on you!!

This place is a time waster.During a time of serious lockdown the staff at this establishment displays inefficiency at its best.They are Unhelpful and arrogant.No sense of Urgency.Out of stocks through the roof.Ease of access to simple OTC medication is A STRUGGLE.Poor communication.Not ProfessionalQueues leading out the door but the Till-Lady sits on phone when she could shorten the queue" by simply offering assistance.Jason is not resourceful at all

Open late in a tough neighbourhood. Security was reassuring (scary man!) The gentleman behind the counter was friendly, professional and so pleasant. This was a real breath of fresh air when I needed it. Well done and thank you!

Conveniently situated on a busy main road, but has always had them work at a snails pace. They have got one customer service line, so if you want to pop in for over the counter medication, you end up behind a line of prescription patients .
