If there is one thing I like that is Excellent customer service from any place be it a restaurant a clothing store a service centre and these guys at the Bike Shack have excellent customer service I called for a quote to service my bike on Thursday and over the phone Rodney gave me a quote to service and booked my bike in for Friday when I hot there Friday morning i met Bret the mechanic and he said he will give the bike a thorough checkup and give me feedback which he did as discussed as well as some Excellent advice on how to maintain my bike such as tyre pressure how to clean my bike and so forth and also was telling me 9come to Dezi Raceway where they usually have track days I clearly got a liking to these guys cause i can easily hold a conversation with Rodney and Bret and their other mechanics well done guys keep it up!!!
