I usually steer clear of hair salons because of bad experiences in the past. At U and I, I had THE best experience. From the most amazing massage, to Sharon who had me feeling like a million bucks! Definitely have my faith in hairdressers restored. 5 big fat stars!

The staff are always considerate, they give me what I ask and always make sure we both are on the right page. If something isn't right with my hair or nails, they tell me immediately and give me the best solution. Always leave with a smile on my face and feel spoiled.
