Kids Factory

Had such an awesome experience at Kids Factory on Saturday. Friendly staff, a delicious and filling chicken mayo Trammezzini, and I will without a doubt be back just for THE BEST Hazelnut Cappuccino I have ever put my lips to! Thank you Kids Factory, I will definitely recommend you.

My daughter had an absolute blast at Kids factory. I love that only 80 people are allowed in at a given time. There are helpers on the floor to assist kids. Lovely table seating for parents and the food was great and very reasonably priced.

Hosted my son's 8th birthday at Kids Factory this past Saturday .... My son had a fantastic time and all our guests... The 2 ladies allocated to our party to assist me was extremely helpful, especially Margo.. The platters was delicious, freshly made and very tasteful, still nice and crispy.... Was definitely a memorial day, thank you Kids Factory...

We went to Kids Factory on Sunday. The kids absolutely enjoyed themselves. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.Entrance for the kiddies R80 and R40 for every hour there after. Kids are to wear grip socks. You can bring your own or buy for R35. There is a parent fee of R35 if you don't buy something to eat, but the menu is budget friendly; so we did not find it to be an issue.The inside was a bit chilly, but it obviously bothers the adults more than the kids as they run about playing whilst you sit still.The only complaint" (for lack of a better word) I would have is; that the staff are difficult to identify initially. Maybe they could be given bright caps or something to identify them from the parents in the play zone?Thank you for a great experience. We will definitely return."

Compared to other playparks the facility is rather basic, but non-the-less lots of fun for younger children. My kids prefer that place over Playalot, for example, as it is less crowded, less noisy and just as much fun! There are quite a lot of child minders watching out for the kids and they are really helpful for the little ones. It was a bit cold during out stay (we visited in August) and the food was not great, but OK. Grip socks are compulsory and you can get them for R35 per pair. But the good thing is that you can bring your own grip socks from home and you don't have to buy their specific ones. You also get free WIFI.

Really cool venue for either indoor or outdoor kids' party. We had a table right next to the indoor jungle gym. There are attendants on duty, a dedicated baby gym area, toys for free-play, and a trampoline area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the platters provided were delicious.This is a great service.

Had our children's party there, staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was as asked for and beats having to clean up ur own home after a Kiddies party any day.

I can't get over how amazing this place is! The photos don't do it justice. It seems small but it is not, there is so much for the kids to do. Had my sons 6th birthday here. We got our own space right next to the play area with enough seating for all the kids and adults, which never happens! Their party prices are so reasonable and you get so much value for your money. We had the gold package. The party packs are filled to the brim and the nugget and chips lunch the kids get is a very healthy portion of food! We had a young lady looking after us and she was amazing, I can't recall her name. She had light red hair. The food was delicious especially the pizza. Will for sure be back for a party! Thanks guys!
