Received terrible service from branch manager, Anton. No communication whatsoever with regards to payout. Little to no information on policies and answers met with snarky comments and little to no interest from his side. On fetching my moms ashes, i was not given the box i had picked out as once again ANTON was missing in action and was not there to guide the girl at the desk who was new there! VERY DISSATISFIED AND UNHAPPY.

I just want to say thank you to Human and his team. They went beyond their job descriptions to help us get my mom to rest. They drove her around from autopsy place to place and never hesitated. They went with me to the police station for everything, to open a case to get my mom identified. They drove to hospitals at 19h00 at night to pick up papers they needed for the doctors for the autopsy. They used their contacts where ever they could so we could lay my mom to rest. They were so carying in all ways. When I was scared they held my hand and gave me a hug and helped me through everything. People with such love and care is so hard to find. Thank you for helping my mom get to rest, she would have been so amazed about what you did. From the bottom of my heart thank you for you and all your staff, you are just amazing. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ I wish there was more people like you in the world. Amanda my sisters and my mom xxxx
