Kempton Park Traffic Department

For all 3 times i was at this traffic centre i was not let down. The staff at payment; collections and testing centre were excellent in service. Thank you again for making me experience a delight in getting me drivers.

Efficient friendly stuff. I was there for less than an hour. Keep up the good service

The facilities are all covid friendly. But their admin and reception leaves something to be feared. I was queueing at the offices from 7:00 the morning. I was redirected to 6 different people/departments before giving up and leaving

I went to this traffic department on the 29th of September 2021 to make a double disc for my vehicle to be used on Bolt as is one of the requirements, and there was a loadsheding and den dey closed. I returned the next day I was told I should go to the city of joburg Metropolitan not ekurhuleni as I am staying in Cosmo city nd it falls under joburg, fine I went to randburg testing station, randburg told me to go back to ekurhuleni bcoz de car is registered under ekurhuleni metro not joburg metro, I got angry few days later I'm back in ekurhuleni and ekurhuleni told me I must take my car for testing and get a stemped certification for testing, I took my car for testing nd do testing nd went back to ekurhuleni and only to be told my address belong to the city of jobrg and they can't help me... I got very angry tears nearly fell but I hold myself and said nnoo not again after such up nd down, tried to explain that I did went to randburg but they didn't want to listen very disappointed with the service I received I tried to say let me speak to a Manager but to no avail... I went home disappointed and not knowing what to do anymore... Very incompetent stuff working in this department of licensing. Tjooooo

Useless and incompetent. Wasted money and leave only to be told their card machines are not working when I get to the front of the line minutes before the exam starts and I won't be back in time from having to withdraw cash for the exam so I have to reschedule for another two weeks later. Joy

The cashiers in the 3rd centre where learner license is written are very rude and incompetent... the staff in general are very inhuman .. please staff development follow up in training and teaching your staff the bathing Pele principle.. people are already nervous enough for public servants to be rude when they are suppose to alley enxiety

Don't book for your learners test here. Cashier told us to wait instead of paying, so we waited for nothing. Then when time for the test began we were rushed to pay and treated as if we hadn't already tried. Then we were told the booking was cancelled because the testing machines didn't work, so only some people got to do the test. Will have to try again.... But will be sure to try another testing station so that we can actually stand a chance at getting the learners test done.

Did my licence on the18th of July two weeks back l went to collect my card l met a lady who jus said I can't find it leave your phone number I will call you till today lam still waiting for a call I work for ubber eats now they have removed me from the system because my temporary is expired very disappointed not all of us have good jobs some of us we are self employed that's what we feed our children's with please
