Northcliff Exclusive Cars

Unfortunately nothing about this experience was good. I don't profess to be an expert, but I've test driven, and purchased at least 30 vehicles over the last 4 years. And in all that time I've never come across a dealership that requires you to negotiate a price before test driving a vehicle. In my opinion, it seems like they don't want you to drive the cars, because they're hiding something. Furthermore, I've not come across salesmen that aren't up front with that from the beginning, and would rather say the right thing" to get you back

The several dealerships,i recently frequented all had unbelievable lighting and visibility to see every detail of the vehicles,warm and friendly reception staff who immediately welcomed me with assistance and something to drink.The staff were extremely knowledgeable and could answer all questions. The numerous test drives were effortless and easy from there to make a decision,hence a double vehicle purchase.Thats what a customer wants, that easy. Then you get dealerships that are 180° in the opposite direction. So make of that what you will,my opinion......

Fantastic service from Mohammed Essop. Mohammed is helpful and friendly and was willing to source a car based on my needs. The dealership also offered tyre and rim insurance to me through a third party company which has made my life so much easier, given the conditions of the roads I travel on. I am very pleased with the service received from Duwayne and Mohammed at Northcliff Exclusive Cars. They were very helpful and understanding. Even though I was unfortunately not able to purchase the vehicle. They understood my situation and did not keep the large holding deposit paid to them which I agreed could be held as a holding deposit. I highly recommend purchasing at this dealership as they have integrity and are honest.

I purchased a Lexus ES 200 from this dealership and this dealership epitomises everything synonymous with used car dealers. They did not disclose that my vehicle had previously been in an accident despite me being very adamant that I did not want to buy a vehicle that had been in an accident. They took advantage and blindsided me. I sent an email a few days after the deal went through and they refused to entertain any of my concerns. Despite looking religious this dealership is not to be trusted. They want to sell their cars no matter the cost to customer and are will fully dishonest. Be very wary of them and make sure you properly inspect your vehicle and do all due diligence as they are not to be trusted. I have spent a lot of money repairing things that they fixed cheaply and very poorly to make a sale. Be very very careful when dealing with Northcliff executive cars.

I now understand the negative reviews, but hey, if you own a dealership, you would also want some sort of guarantee before a test drive.Service, start to finish awesome. I'm very happy with my new ride. Thank you, Dwayn and Nishen.

Dealing with Imraan.In 4 days all he managed to do was send pictures of the vehicle which I've already seen on auto trader.Couldn't provide any information regarding service plan history etc.Just ignored my messages.It's as if they don't really want to sell the car.Customer service is important in any business.
