Houghton TM is one of the busiest centres for TM in the world and for good reason. It's run by the most experienced and committed teachers in the world.They provide expert teaching in the technique of transcendental meditation (TM). There are courses related to TM such as yoga and ayurvedic lifestyle, but just learning the TM technique itself is enough for most to relax, and enjoy life.I couldn't reccomend it more.
