I came in and had a full meeting with one of the partners, Louis. He took all my SARS forms and was supposed to submit them in order for me to get my refund. Months went by, so I decided to check up on my refund because I had not received it. Turns out, he didn't even submit my tax forms!! I will never use their services again and I would not recommend them to anyone, completely unreliable!!!
