I've been waiting for my package which was posted on Thursday from Cape Town to be delivered which hasn't been delivered as yet, today is the 6th day no communication whatsoever from them. The call center is just as USELESS cause they just give you the runaround.. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AT THE LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE

Unacceptable delivery. I've been waiting for fice days now for my parcel to be delivered. And on their tracking app, I can see that it is in their warehouse, it just needs to be delivered. And still they don't deliver. Even when I tried to phone to find out when it's going to be delivered, they couldn't give me an answer. Totally unacceptable! Would bot use Aramex EVER again...

Sent a parcel oon early morning delivery.3 days later stil no parcel anywhere.Spoke to more than 8 staff members and still parcel is missing

Worst service I have ever recieved. Handing parcel to a 3rd party. I never gave permission for that. Track and trace says parcel delivered. Ha ha. Nelspruit. They will not tell me who. Not allowed to. So still waiting!!!!!. Both head office and especially Nelspruit are totally incompetent and very rude. They not allowed to tell me 3rd party so I cannot fetch my missing parcel. I have consulted my lawyers. Please people be very careful.

Absolutely useless to say the list. The drivers hardly have any navigation systems, they call and harass you early in the morning to find out where are you based. Then they set up delivery only for them to bot deliver then ignore your texts or calls. Quite pathetic to be exact. Wonder how they are still in business.

Worse delivery service. Takes longer tk get a parcel once it hits South Africa than what it takes to come from America to south Africa. They wrongfully deliver parcels to other cities and then you have to wait for it to be picked up again and delivered to you. They don't cime back to you and you need to follow up the whole time.

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!been waiting more than 30hours for update! Parcel not moving since 1 August. 72 hours lapsed 2 times since they collected from drop box
