I have wavy hair, all hair salons that I've gone to in the past have straightened my hair which is extremely damaging, no matter how many times I told them not to straighten my hair.I love this place, the staff are so extremely friendly and will listen to you talk and they keep the conversation going, I got there 20 minutes early and I did not have to wait.The people that work here are professionals trained by professionals. I had no idea what to do with my wavy hair, what products to use, how to style it, etc. etc. I asked for advice, told her my routine she immediately told me what is good for my hair and what isn't. She recommended products and gave me tips for my hair + they also have curly hair products!I would definitely recommend this place, if you're struggling to find the right hair salon, especially if you have wavy/curly hair this is the place to go.

I went to hair impressions as a referral from my girlfriends brother and I only had a great experience there, my hair was cut by a student and it's probably the best my hair has ever been cut. Really impressed with Hair Impressions.

Went in showed and explained what style I would like and the hairdresser just kept on cutting it shorter instead of layers. I will never go back as this was the 2nd time my and my daughters hair was not done as requested. My hair is still not at the length I wanted it has been 3 months now.

This was literally the FOURTH TIME that I called and made an appointment only to be called 5 minutes later with apologies, they made a mistake, double booking, can't help me....... Your salon obviously doesn't want or need me as a customer, time to move on, after I spent thousands of rands over the past year and a halfUnproffesionalism at it's best!!!!!
