I am hectic when it comes to my baby yorki. I have had only good experiences at the dogbox. Cindy is great with Elfie and Michelle is always willing to help. Definitely recommended.

Beware! They make out like they a nice personal company and that there will be no problem if you wish to exchange or refund your items HOWEVER, there is no way to contact them!! All the phone numbers don’t work, they will ONLY communicate via email and take days to respond. They then send you very rude letters saying that their return policy is in line with Makro, Builders & Pick n Pay! I’ve returned items to all these companies and have NEVER experienced this lack of customer service! We had our beds for ONE hour, realized they were too big for the area (they were 15 cm bigger than described on website and I bought 3). I contacted “Dopey the dog”, as they don’t give you an actual person you can speak to, and they said I could return the beds no problem. At my own cost I sent them back and tried many times to contact them and asked them to call me so I could SPEAK to someone. I eventually got a very rude letter quoting the consumer act and comparing themselves to major retailers. They also told me our beds has been used! HOW?, I had them for 1 hour!!!! NEVER will I use this company nor will I recommend them to anyone. Rather be safe and use a company that has working contact details!

The Soothing dog bed is such a winner! Great value, great price and my pups just love their beds. The 10-month old puppy (who we got just before lockdown) was very scared and skitty. She has calmed down completely and both her and our Pittie fit perfectly in the Large. Great service. Thank you Dog Box SA

The Dog Box is the best grooming parlor in Cape Town. My dog is generally quite anxious, but she loves it there — everyone is so kind and exude a love for animals. If your dog is socialized they won’t put him/her in a cage, so the dogs get to play around together.

Not a bad experience at all.The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. You’ll need to book to have a spot as they may be fully booked.They mentioned they only operate until 3pm so try book a morning session.Taken one star off because I was billed a higher amount than quoted but I was happy with the cut.I’d return unless I found another service that’s closer and cheaper.

First time for my little Schnauzer human Aiko.Amazing staff :) I'm very happy. Even if he cried like a baby for mom :)Everyone is friendly and they treat the doggies as their own.

First time I took my Yorkie there and he looks amazing . They handles him with care and he even had a few other dogs to play with . He was so happy when we picked him up . Thank you so much would definitely recommend your parlour!

The Dog Box is the most amazing grooming parlour for dogs. My 3 dogs have been going weekly for many years and always come home looking and smelling beautiful. My dogs LOVE going to the parlour and wait every Thursday to be collected. Michelle and her team are devoted and always interested in the welfare of the dogs. Michelle has even gone out of her way to come to my home and assist me with behavioural issues. Would definitely recommend The Dog Box.
