Candi & Co Centurion Mall

I was at this saloon today its awesome. Number 1 saloon 5 star. They did my Brazilian installation, Manicure and pedicure everything was on point. I will definitely come back again

Went for my nails as I do every 2weeks,Lillian is my nail technician,she is brilliant and professional and just a very nice person.I live in Witbank by the way .She was off this past Sunday and another lady was to do my nails .Firstly ,she was not professional at all. Yelling and chatting with her colleagues over me about the nails I wanted as if I'm not even there. She got annoyed when I did not accept her recommendations,I knew what I wanted and explained to her . Secondly,her work is sloppy and very bad. Lillian always offers me something to drink,I sat on a table with previous clients water.Thirdly,my hands did not look the same,I asked her about this and she flipped on me,dismissed me,spoke over me with a condescending tone,told me I should listen to her she's the professional then she stormed off and the other ladies came over to hear what my concern was.I was reduced to tears by this lady,had to sit there and remove all the nails and go back to Witbank with no nails and a very hurt heart as I drove all the way to Centurion mall Candy&Co because of loyalty .

Terrible experience. Iv been here twice and never again. I made an appointment for 12, two hours later I’m still waiting, the ONE HAIRDRESSER takes walk ins. Why have a booking system when you operate on a walk in system. NEVER AGAIN!

This used to be one of the best salons out there. Over the past 2 years the service has just gone to the dogs. Extremely unreliable, bad service and bad work just all together

Service super great. Staff kind, caring, understanding and very helpful. Willing to listen so that they can advise on appropriate service or care needed.

Is it me or are the prices at this branch higher than other Candi and Cos?? I always feel like I’m being overcharged when I go to that branch. Please align the menu prices on the website to all branches.

I went to Candi&Co Centurion for a weave install. Firstly I called in to confirm the pricing of my desired hairstyle to that of the hairstyle menu. The receptionist confirmed a weave install is R595 and a trim would be R120. So I arrived at the salon and was then told the pricing the receptionist gave me was for wig install. She thought I was asking pricing for a wig. Firstly how is it possible that a whole hairstyle reception would confuse a wig and a weave install? Secondly, It was there on the menu that the service I wanted was R595 and the wig install had a price of its own, a tall lady with faux locs said no they also call weave installs as wigs...which truly confused me. She told me that what I wanted to do was R795 and went on to complain about the price to do cornrow lines and to wash hair is costly and that is the price of the hairstyle I wanted to do. I didn't go ahead with trimming my hair as I was already annoyed with being charged extra for their lack of hairstyle knowledge. Also is it a brand thing that you do not moisturize the hair and scalp? No heat protector, no scalp moisturizer and not even a hair moisturizer for the amount of money spent at that establishment. I'm happy with the sew-in the lady with the cornrows updo did and this review is no way a reflection on her but of the salon experience and that tall lady charging falsely. I will no longer be going back because truly relaxed ethnic hair is not a priority. I'm highly disappointed.

Wanted to go for a blow wave and iron. Requested that they rinse my hair- NO PRODUCT and I was told that it’s not part of the package. No FLEXIBILITY! Never again

Worst experience ever!!!the service was beyond bad.Absolutely horrible.iI would not recommend unless you want to feel a taxi rank service type of experience

Such a warm welcome, amazing ladies who are very friendly and professional. Definitely going back in 4 weeks
