What an amazing team, Sulene and Nicole are the most enthusiastic and passionate trainers I have ever come across. Every class is a feast, fun, exciting and challenging. Never a dull moment. This is the best treat I could have given myself. Would recommend the Fitness Classes to everybody!!!!!

This is a family away from home... most fun and also hard working... Enjoying it more and more. Best decision ever joining them.

I would give Cairo Moon Dance & Fitness studio 10 stars if I could but there are only 5 so you can have those!This is honestly the best class we’ve ever joined. The exercises are great, you definitely work up a sweat and feel the burn and there’s a lot of support for you to get through your exercises at your own pace. All ages, sizes and shapes are welcome and that makes you feel so good because you know you’re all in this together. The ladies of this group are so welcoming and friendly, they truly are amazing and the instructors are even better. Sulene, thank you so much for creating such an amazing, welcoming and enjoyable environment. I don’t think we’ve ever enjoyed exercising as much as what we do with this group. You just make is so much fun.

Sulene is the most fun, patient and understanding, accommodating instructor I have ever met. She makes you feel so comfortable you cannot help but look forward to the next class.

Best decision i made this year was to join the fitness classes at Cairo Moon Dance & Fitness Studio. I loved every single class thus far. I have no words to describe how amazing Sulene is. She is just a gem. The classes are for all ages and all fitness levels. It is great fun and i highly recommend it to anyone that wants to get fit and do exercise in a class/group environment where there's no judgement, a lot of support and motivation and with a bunch of amazing ladies. Thanks Sulene and Nicole for the amazing classes and the time you ladies put in so we can do something fun and different every time! I wish i knew these classes existed... I would have joined long ago!

The workouts are SO much fun and you can definitely feel in your body you had a great workout. The ladies and instructors are absolutely amazing. Enjoying every minute.
