Picked up my pre-ordered Mearth RS and headed straight to the national park. The speed and power is amazing. Handled all the hills in a National park like a piece of cake. I can surpass all the cyclist at ease by just a press of the throttle , the feeling on this machine was amazing. Proud that this Australian brand came up with such an amazing design that is second to none of all the scooters in the market, good work Mearth.

Great scooter! I'm very happy with its performance and ride. My previous scooter was Ninebot Max, my new Mearth RS Pro is faster with longer range and has the power to effortlessly carry my bulk up steeper hills. I'm a 66 year old guy, my RS Pro easily handles my hour long, daily commute to work (weather permitting) through south western Sydney.One big advantage of Mearth is the team at Alexandria, advise, service and spare parts are all just a phone call away.

This is a legit review, I have read around through google reviews, and many of these 1 star reviews say super negative things, like I'm going to be honest, It discouraged me from purchasing a scooter, I did a little more digging however and after finding the supported Mearth partners I felt It wasn't going to be a scam/as bad as the reviews said, I emailed Mearth about the negative reviews, wondering about how the support is and if the reviews are accurate to experience, and can I just say, they were VERY quick to answer, nothing like the negative reviews saying super slow response" etc

We brought a Scooter for our Son for Christmas, Unfortunately it was damaged, however we had absolutely fantastic service from Rillett to assist in getting this fixed. She was quick to respond to emails, and had no issues in sorting out a courier to pick the scooter up and have it fixed under warranty for us.
