I went to Buco,paid for my wares,and said that I give them an hour to prapare. I went away to do something else off the premises. When I came back, my goods were not ready,they forgot. It took another 30 minutes of waiting.The people in the yard were also on break.Absolutely pathetic.The service was good though.

Worst service at this BUCO, even customers complain while waiting by tillEmployees are lazy and unhelpful, ask for assistance and they just point... saying go check there.Bought paint over the weekend for R1500, went monday for more of that Terracota paint, guess what, price increase to R2300, after saying i bought it just 2 days ago, lady goes to some office and comes back saying ok R1700, why dont they print the price and label it on the paint?Im sure that extra R200 is going to someone's commission or even someone's pocket.DONT RECOMMEND BUYING AT THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.BRING BACK PENNY PINCHERS!!!

Kurt the Sale man assisted me telephonically the previous day as I was on the website looking for Galvanized square gutter which was advertised on the website and he informed me to come in to the branch. So when I arrived I again was help by friendly Kurt again and the product I wanted wasn't available in Capetown region so he assisted me with making another plan to resolve my request and assist me aswell with my other request I had about other products I was interested in.
