SkullCandy and Luks staff members whom I have interacted with are very professional, helpful and passionate about their work and products. I went to SkullCandy store opposite Sportsman’s warehouse at Mall of Africa some 6 months back. I wanted a replacement for my faulty set of earphones. I had a picture of my receipt so the 2 ladies assisted with a new set of earphones. They were very helpful and professional, and were genuinely interested in making sure that the replacement product meets my needs.
