Sad to know that this branch turns clients away just because they don't want to clean the griller again. If the griller is cleaned before you get there, unfortunately you need to just have fried food.

Worst service experienced , I am not one to normally give reviews but I placed an order about an 1hr and 20mim ago and waited for delivery only to find out my order wasn't placed and no one even apologized for this incident. Not happy at all.

I complained that 4 times deliveries were short! always missing something. Then phoned by the manager to apologise and he said he would send a complimentary meal to me. That was 3 days ago? Manager has no sense of service.

Honestly, great tasting fish! But delivery is slow. Waited over an hour for delivery, had to actually collect my order after 6 very unsuccessful phone calls to the store. Very sad :( Communication is key. If your having issues with delivery, maybe try and contact the customers and warn them ahead of time. Just a suggestion...

Very disappointed placed our order at 17:36 and at 19:10 we have still not received our order. Phone the branch get put on endless hold when we finally get trough we got told they are busy. Still waiting for our food just hoping it's not cold when it gets to us

The fist time we bought there they took very long but the food was good. Second time it was quite so it didn't take that long but the food was not good at the calamari was more Doug then calamari the fish was so thin like a piece of paper and the taste was horrible.I will most definitely not buy from them again

Pathetic service when calling in to order for delivery. Those taking orders cannot comprehend /hold a conversation to ensure the right details are noted nor is there any effort for customer satisfaction. Suggest screening those answering calls. A simple process that was extremely frustrating.
