We have had 4 installations done and our most recent has been extremely disappointing. One panel keeps wanting fall out. It started about a month out of warranty so we had to pay to get them to fix it, even tough we hardly used it as we were away for lockdown for 2 months and then it was winter. A couple of weeks after it was repaired, at our cost, it did the same thing and they came back to fix. We now opened after how we are rewarded for loyalty. Won't ever use them again and suggest anyone else checks carefully as they do not stand behind their product. Very disappointing winter and the panel started to fall out again. They tell me the it's because we're not opening the handle correctly (the panel is not the one with the handle l. Our other side is perfect that we also open. We have used their product for 13 years but don't know how to open it. We're now told it's our fault and we have to pay for the repair.
