This was the worst experience ever!!! I went straight to Q at the tills there was only 1 teller/cashier(male) I Qued for about 10mins Iwas number. When it was my turn at the till this guy sent me back to the vending machines the lady patiently helped me, from those machine I must go back Q at the tills to pay. After that another 39mins waiting for my order. Worst restaurant ever. Idont recommended or see myself going back there again... Thanks

Great It's clean, the service is fast, once I placed my order was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was on my way again. Placing your order on those electronic hubs is super convenient, and if you have the app you get your order competed before you wak through the door. Definitely the way of the future.

New and we'll establish restaurant,with the latest furniture and set up. Clean. With WiFi and less queueing because it has booths to place your order instead buying at the till. The stuff is friendly. Very Clean bathrooms, and it's within the Mdantsane City Mall l, that has alot of Shops and a taxi ranks next to the Main Road that connects to other surrounding Zones and not far from Cecilia Makhiwa Hospital,just 5 minutes away.

You need to improve on your customers service.your menu always has something missing! Was there 2 days ago with my daughter I bought her a big mac nd a Large one for me we got the same thing the the prices differ when I tell on of your stuff members he told me the burger never changes nd am like why would I pay more if am still going to get the same thing....

After waiting for 15minutes for my Big Mac meal, grand chicken spicy meal and 4 chicken nuggets I get, a raw uncooked chicken burger. I had already eaten this burger I could get terribly sick! Uncooked chicken? Are you kidding me! The worst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonalds. Big health risk! I will never set foot there again!
