This company serviced and repaired 2 geysers for us, but this resulted in endless callbacks for one geyser, and the second burst just months after the repair. Unfortunately I cannot recommend them after this experience.

Amazing team of professionals that dealt with my collapsed sewer line with the highest level of efficiency I have come across. I will always use them again and recommend them to every person in need of a professional plumbing service. Best of all was the price and they even gave me discount.

Used this company in the past with no issues and was happy with their service and pricing. But it seems it’s entirely dependent on the technician you get sent. Had a terrible experience today. I met the electricians sent out my home to explain what needed to be repaired, but had to leave afterwards for work. My helper was there to supervise the work during the day. Got called later by my helper , saying they needed to speak with me. The technician informed me that he misquoted on how many globes needed replacing and that I could cash send him an amount as he had to go buy additional globes not included in the original quote. When I asked for the slip, he first had some story about leaving it at the store, but when he finally sent it, it was nearly double the amount on the slip. The guy tried to scam me on the side it seems. I informed the head office of the situation and paid the additional money over to them, as per the amount on the slip. I could not leave work at the time to be home and see what was going on in person. On my original quote two light switches were supposed to be replaced (and paid for), yet only one ended up being replaced (no refund given). Only saw that on coming home and inspecting what was done. Once again, this makes one wonder about the integrity of the person doing the quote and the quote itself. After the work was completed, he apparently did some checks with my helper, to make sure everything was in order, and then left, but had to be called back shortly after he left, to fix a light that still wasn’t working yet again, even after they had done all the work. The switch had just been replaced for that light which was initially thought to be the problem. Clearly it wasn’t. He then left again, apparently everything was in working order, finally. When I got home, the light began to give issues again, flickering then going dark. When I called him, I was told that he was too far to come back and that I should change the bulb and see (If only I could magically float up to the ceiling) if the bulb isn’t perhaps faulty. But shouldn’t he have changed a faulty bulb when he assessed the situation? Seeing as he said he had originally misquoted how many needed replacing? He surely would have changed all the faulty ones. I’m no electrician but I suspect the problem is far more serious than a globe or that the electrician didn’t do thorough enough checks on the fitting itself or what the actual problem was. I informed their head office who promised that they would eventually come and resolve the issue, when that will be, I do not know. Not a happy client. Felt swindled by the whole experience.

Quick response via WhatsApp, received a call, the team was dispatched within 2 hours of call. Did the assessment, received a quote and once approved, received the invoice and the job was completed to satisfaction. Professional, quick and efficient service.

The whole experience was a breeze. Contacted their office, received a call back from head office within 5 minutes. Guys arrived on time. Were very professional and skilled. Received a call straight away with a quotation. Repairs and leak investigations work started straight away. I was explained of the whole procedure and work that needed to be done.After work was completed the guys showed me their work and made sure that I was satisfied that the issues was sorted and repaired correctly.Complete breeze to work with JTS Plumbing.Will most certainly use them in future and refer them to anyone.5 stars from me for the way their system and repairs are done.

Blocked Drain. They came out fast snd Bethel was very professional in his job.

JTS plumbing came too my house to repair my fridge that had been standing non working for months. The gentleman came through and in a matter of minutes my fridge was working better than ever. All i can say is JTS plumbing is fast, efficient and freindly. I would suggest them to anybody. Thanks for your prompt and excellent service.

I had quite a few things that needed fixing and JTS Plumbing was very eager to help with my situation. They fixed everything that needed fixing in record time, they were courteous and professional and most importantly affordable. They cleaned after they were finished with the job and assured me that if I had any problems that I could just phone the office again. Would definitely recommend them, excellent service.
