Unpleasant experience at the arc store in gateway. Always got to go to Natasha at edgars gateway to fix my brow problems

Good day,I visited the Benefit Brow Bar at Edgars Gateway (Umhlanga) with an enquiry to have my eyebrows thread. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who introduced herself as Sherri. I explained that I’d like to have my brows thread but she advised she only did waxing. I explained my apprehension and reasons for not wanting to wax but she assured me that she was capable of restoring my eyebrows to what I wanted if I wanted to try waxing. She very professionally explained what she was doing throughout the process of brow mapping and than again when waxing which eased my nerves. I am so glad I decided to take the chance with Sherri because my eyebrows turned out absolutely perfect! I don’t think I’ve had them done this well EVER! Thank you to Sherri for her professional approach - LOVE my brows and the product purchased to keep my new brows looking as good as when I left her. She is a pro at what she does, I will definitely be back to see her soon!
