Every meal I've had at the Eatalian has been delicious.The pizza's are some of the best around!This is currently the only pizza place I trust with a seafood pizza.Amazing.And they have super fresh Devils Peak lager on tap.10/10Would recommend over and over again.

Was excited to visit as I have been ordering the salmon pasta regularly and it’s good. Payday Sunday lunchtime and the place is almost empty. We should have taken this as a sign. We ordered drinks that were awful. Starter arancini was dry on the inside and too thick of a crust. It was not salted nor seasoned at all! Also tasted like it was fried in oil used too much and I just couldn’t get the bitter aftertaste out of my mouth. Saving grace is the service and the chef accepting feedback although he never apologised but thanked us for the feedback and offered to redo the dish. By that time, we were ready to go elsewhere.

I love this place. They have the most amazing grilled calamari, and freshly grilled veges. We also had the seafood pasta. Highly recommend. Great service and ambience.

We had a family meal on Sunday evening pastas were very tasty.My daughter ordered the rib eye but the steak was very tough.Manager changed it without question.Very Happy he actioned it.Will definitely be back and well done to staff.

Recommend! Perfect Italian food, great hospitality by Lawrence and overall wonderful experience. Lawrence went above and beyond to attend to our needs and was very thoughtful. Really appreciate his attentive service! Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good dine out experience in Johannesburg!

The cocktails, pizza and pasta are simply sublime with the moat chilled atmosphere.The staff are laid back, happy and very professional. I have discovered this restaurant when I first moved to the area and have come back weekly since.Great relaxed vibe, highly recommended.

The EATalian is a really cosy place that has a copper wood and bronze theme to it. The walls are filled with vintage art and the restaurant makes the effort to make you feel that you have stepped into a foreign space filled with light and aroma and Italian authenticity. Although I had not eaten at the EATalian, I did order a pot of tea and a cappachino. Unfortunately the coffee was brewed at an extremely high heat which burnt the coffee and made it very strong. So much that I didn't finish it. I look forward to trying the food soon.

My new local. While the menu is number 1, the service is also memorable. Cocktails reasonably priced and offered unique G&T combinations. Love this spot.

The Eatalian has been our go to pizza place since we discovered it. Their customer service has always been amazing. But this past Saturday, Lucky and Stanley did something amazing that truly touched my heart. I ordered and paid for pizzas earlier in the week, and hesitantly asked Lucky to have the pizzas delivered to my son’s birthday party venue by the restaurant as I couldn’t risk a late delivery or cold pizzas. The venue was also quite some distance away from the location of the restaurant. Lucky, without giving the matter any thought, quickly agreed to seeing that the delivery is taken care of personally . To say they went beyond the call of duty is an understatement- At the agreed upon time to the very minute of the delivery, Stanley was there with hot pizzas in heating bags and my son and his friends ate and throughly enjoyed the pizzas. It was just so awesome to watch the boys have a great meal.It’s very seldom these days that such an act of kindness and customer care is demonstrated by a business. This act has left an impression on my heart and that my patronage matters to The Eatalian and now they have a customer for life. I have raved to all my friends and anyone who will care to listen. And rightly so.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.RegardsCharmaine

It is a very average restaurant. Please do not order the truffle butter rib eye steak. It lacks colour, taste, and it was pretty tough. The sausage pizza had pretty much no taste even though the menu you said there was truffle oil on there.
