Mother and I had permanent liner done by the owner (who teaches others how to do liner, so we figured it would be done correctly)After getting it done I noticed that the line" was extremely thick. The lines looked nothing alike and were nowhere close to where my eye lids actually ended. I messaged the owner to ask about it (same happened to my mother) and the owner reassured me that it is just swelling and it will go away.Well it happens to be 2 years later and would you believe
