I spent a weekend with friends on this property in celebration of my birthday and what a great weekend it was. The week leading up to the weekend, I was fully informed of check-in and check-out, activities available on the property and overall information of the cottage. We arrived to a clean and tidy house equipped with everything necessary for our stay. A personal check-in also made us feel welcome and at ease. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub experience and were blessed with great weather to go along with the experience.Thank you all so much.

Absolutely lovely self catering accommodation. Three units with a petit pool to cool down in. Proper plugs for charging throughout the unit. Nestled in a plum orchard with a mountain backdrop. Truly picturesque. Friendly staff make you feel very welcome. Wine, wood, etc available for drop off at your unit. Good value for money, highly recommended.

We absolutely loved are stay. The views were stunning, the location was perfect for exploring Franschhoek, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The kids loved the wood fired hot tub, spacious lawns and the friendly visits from the cute dogs. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect getaway for along weekend and we would have loved to stay longer.

We booked the family cottage Sonskyn which had 3 gorgeous bedrooms and a very good sleeper couch in the lounge. The hot tub was great for us to star gaze. The beds were very comfortable and the lounge area was very cosy. The farm was absolutely gorgeous and lots of inside and outside seating. We walked up to the little view point and it was so beautiful. A well equipped kitchen - always great to have a dishwasher. Definitely deserves a revisit and the location was perfect and so quiet.

When we moved from Johannesburg to Franschhoek in July we needed a cosy home base for a couple of days, which turned into weeks. Our requirements were:- Self-catering- Pet friendly- Wifi- Braai facilities and- Space to run.Christelli and her team over delivered and were so accommodating especially when we had to keep extending our stay.The bed was so comfortable, also with electric blankets, we could run 5kms around the farm most days and the views are to die for. The cottage was squeaky clean and the farms dogs were super friendly!

Christelli was amazing. She found toys we had left behind and returned them to us. She was very helpful and friendly. Our cottage was lovely and very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend a stay here

We had the best stay. The farm was beautiful and quiet. We made fires every night and enjoyed the view. It was close enough to walk into town or catch the wine tram. We wished we had stayed a bit longer.

Stayed at Royal Gala with 2 dogs over a weekend. The farm was beautiful and the dam views were amazing. Christeli was a very accommodating host. The place was quaint and neat. Had everything you need.
