Found a screw in my son’s wonder why pizza! Yes an actual real screw!Not even surprised as I was reluctant to order from here knowing that it’s really not the cleanest places around. Simply put, it’s dirty.Order took an hour and a half to arrive. We were fasting and upon asking the driver about the delay he stated that the store was closed when he arrived to fetch the order. Called the store, no answer. Seems like a proper dont care attitude to customer service.

We bought from here a while back and wont again. The food was terrible and its not even the foods fault. The lady at the front was very friendly though. The fppd was somewhat bland and tasted off. We were so hungry but couldnt even put another bite in our mouths. I hate doing bad reviews but this was just terrible. So many terrible reviews couldnt have just been a bad day. Also, the store itself felt sticky and unclean.

The food is fantastic but the inside of this establishment is filthy and quite disgusting to be honest. There is grease on every single surface and the inside looks quit ugly.

I usually love their food, but I ordered chips and specifically asked for extra sauce extra masala. And the chips came with none of the above! So disappointing. And this is not the first time is happened

Pizzas lacked flavour but not too bad. Kelvin and Ormonde branches are much tastier.Never order before 12pm. They take a really really long time to get the wood fired pizza oven up to temperature, so you'll wait for close to an hour for your pizzas.The cashier was friendly when ordering, but only after I enquired how long the order would be, did she say that the order would be 20 to 25 minutes (because the fire was only starting). Even then, I still had to wait for 55 minutes and the staff didn't even let me know how much longer it would be.Store looks untidy and DIRTY. It needs a really good clean.

Our food used to be prepared well. However to my dismay, we ordered a parcel after a very long time, and a Wonder Why pizza. The pizza was meh. The parcel was okay....(not really up to the standards of an Akhalz) We had this teeny tiny frikkadel, like WTH. Which I might add, cost me an extra R22. Horrified. Almost as if someone's leftover frikkadel was added to our parcel. One bad experience, and you lose a forever customer, forever.
