Really terrible service will be moving my business elsewhere. I have a service log that has been months and the has been little or no response from the company. The open item relates to router that was sent to me and it stopped work g on the lower band months ago I have logged this on several occasions with no response or solution. Even when we tried to alter set up it would work for a day then stop again.. Infuriating. Now that I have paid my account they refuse to acknowledge that it is, when we bank at the same bank. I can will take my business elsewhere.

Cannot recommend WebSquad enough. Their support and team are excellent. They're constantly refining their network and there are constantly small gains in performance. I've been very happy since switching to them from a different provider.

Once you are able to get the service up and running, they're great as an ISP from a performance perspective.If you ever need to contact them, you will discover the world's worst admin department. Their only goal on the phone is to get you off the phone as quickly as possible.Incredibly frustrating.Edit: Dropping this to one star. You're absolutely unable to get hold of these people no matter what. Avoid at all costs.

I've been with Web sQuad for over two years now which says a lot as the other ISPs generally drop the ball after a while. Apart from a couple of latency issues which support were quick to engage in, the balance of issues have been Vumatel related.As a smaller ISP, I commend you on maintaining consistent service levels and continue to recommend you to others in my area.
