From the Receptionist to the Dentist it was great service. I had an emergency dental problem and my son made the appointment. Due to Covid the dentist I used before was sick. I must say that he was gentle, he listened to me about my disease which affects dental work and my bleeding. I can't swallow and he said to just raise my hand and every time I did, he stopped so I can swallow. My teeth look like new ones. I will schedule another time to do my other tooth. He is not just a Dentist, he is gentle in his working way and the room was clean. I thought when I saw my tooth broken, what about the virus. But I'm at ease in his rooms and everyone is just special and we'll mannered. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who wants good service. Thank you

I went to the practice on Monday because I had a terrible toothache and the Dentist onsite/substitute(Dr Moyo) suggested a root canal instead of an extraction. But he said they are only done on Thursdays by Dr Sibisi, so I patiently waited for Thursday as I booked for a 10:00 appointment. Luckily I had received antibiotics from the emergency department at the N17 hospital on Sunday so that helped with the pain and possible infection.Thursday 10:00 I arrived and the dentist Dr Sibisi had not yet arrived. I waited for an hour and still no arrival. The kind receptionist kept calling to check his whereabouts and he kept saying he is coming. 11:00 I left and asked the receptionist to call me when the dentist arrives. Did he ever arrive? NO!11:37 The receptionist sends me a message that the dentist is not coming anymore. I wasted 4 waiting days plus an hour for a dentist that did not bother to let me know in advance that he will not make it. Please respect peoples time and your work! I wasted my leave days for this!

Worst practice and dentist ever. The doctor didn’t seem confident in what he was doing at all and asked ME for advice as to what to do with my tooth ache. I left the practice immediately after hearing that and they still deducted from my medical aid saying they charge just for the doctor putting on gloves.Do not trust these 5 star reviews like I did I’m sure they write them themselves. A bunch of con-artists

Good service I got,from the reception up to the end.Thorough check up was done,possible actions to be taken discussed well me, and was also given time and options to think things clearly without any pressure.The reassurance was without doubt very professional,I would definitely them,according to me.

Best first time experienceAfter another dentist gave me a horror experience , i found this one and he made my experience an awesome one truly. I went in there with a minor inflammation. Guy answered all my questions, gave further advise and did more that we was supposed to. Lady at at the front is also amazing, i made jokes and she followed the rhythm.I am glad to say i have found a dentist, ill be there every six months from now on and definable recommend this practice.
