The in-house service was fantastic and professional.I want to request that a commendation be given to the technician that attended to my vehicle for the windscreen fit, and the trainee female that assisted him.They were excellent and proficient at their work.The team was meticulous and highly professional and worked to exceed customer expectations.They have conscientiously driven the mission , vision and value statements of their company in an extra ordinary manner.I recommend this company without any reservations and thank them for a superb service.

Tried getting a quote for replacing sliding door glass. Held on for 9 minutes on phone listening to a recording telling me that I can save time by using them. Wasted my time as I couldn't get hold of someone to deal with.

Firstly, I had to wait for someone to come help me as nobody else even spoke to me. Secondly, they were offline which I understand with loadshedding. I requested a quote sent via phone and email. Lastly, I never heard back from them after giving them 2 emails and 2 cellphone numbers.I do not recommend doing business with them because of the fact that the cannot even contact you back for a simple thing after driving out all that way for help with my passenger window which was smashed.

Very very efficient.They sorted out the insurance seemlessly...contacted me to arrange a fitting time, and put the rear screen in fairly quickly considering the brake light, curtain rods etc that had to be negotiated.

The establishment is clean and well faced, however the trainee staff member was less than friendly and helpful when I went for my insurance evaluation. I am used to the staff member looking up your details via your policy number and filling the forms in however I was asked to do my own, next to her booth within 60cm of her and when I couldnt hear her mumbling under her mask and said Excuse me" she got sarcastic. Not the best experience

The lady that assisted me was extremely helpful. We got there at 12.05 and they close at 12.00 on a Saturday and she was still willing to help me with a smile.
