Be vigilant when checking the amount owed. Just filled up with petrol at BP Howick Falls and the attendant rang up R855.07 on the hand held credit card machine when it should have R655.07. A R200 Rip off .

Being from up country we were still trying to get a feel for the coastal diesel prices.What attracted me was the very clear adverts outside to their “Falling prices on fuel”. More specifically their relatively excellent price on 50ppm diesel. The service was good too. While driving on to Pietermaritzburg no-one could match them. Well done guys !

They are not interested in helping front line workers. Turned a doctor away with no care.She needed to get to Edindale hospital and had no fuel to get there. The manager or owner not sure which one" was rude and sent her away saying he was not interested in talking to the doctor. She was left distraught and in fear of running out of fuel on the way threw the carnage happening in pmb. SHAME ON YOU!!!!"

Very poor show....Nedbank and BP have an arrangement whereby AMEX cardholders earn points for fuel purchases....but NOT BP Howick....they claim the costs are too expensive......what a poor show.....

During the early hours of the morning around 1 to 2am, the lady working at the till gave me a hard time. She was more focused on sleeping than actually attending to customers. I understand it was late and staff gets tired but her attitude was horrendous. She made it seem as if she is doing us a favour by letting us cash back our own money and it was a lousy R150. Her attitude is the reason why I will never fill up there and I will let people I know to never go there. I hope management will do something about this because it is honestly ridiculous. The worst part is I've been a loyal customer to BP garage and I am a local. I hope management does something about this because there are more than enough people that are desperate for work and quite frankly she shows little interest about her job.... she clearly made me aware that she does not want to be there!
