This was honestly the most seamless process. I submitted my laptop details and pictures online. I received an offer back, which was a very fair offer in my opinion, and more than I was being offered via the usual channels like Marketplace. Once I accepted their offer, they fetched my laptop at no cost to me, and although I had to trust the process of sending my laptop to them without payment, so they could check and confirm, I was reassured along the way of the progress. Money received into my bank account. A super easy, safe, effective way to sell your unused laptops.

At a professional's view of point, they do not know alot about Laptops. They used all kind of excuses not to bay my 3 laptops i brought in earlier today. I did call before hand to make sure they will bay it from me and the lady told me they will definitely bay, when i arrived at the shop they had a compleat different story and refused to bay the laptops. I am very disappointed. Not going back there ever !!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing experience using WeBuyLaptops! The quote is done instantaneously, and the lovely lady Vivian assisted me and kept me updated all the way. My laptop was collected by the courier the Monday, i received a call when it arrived and checked by their tech team, and with in a day of it being checked the money was in my account.

Confusion reigns and don't hold your breath - I wanted to sell a laptop to we buy laptops, I submitted online and received a response 3 days later. The wait was a little frustrating, but after being contacted and agreeing upon what I thought was a fair price for the laptop, I was willing to give them a chance. 7 days after submission of the laptop and packaging the laptop and so on, the technician comes back and says he refuses to pay the amount agreed. I get a call back from the sales person I dealt with telling me they will pay the agreed price. I do not hear from them for a few hours, I call back and the sales person is not available and the technician is refusing to buy the laptop at all. They are now sending it back to me. Please do not waste your time with this company, if you are selling a laptop.

WBL offered a seamless and very efficient service. My device was collected and inspected in one day. From the client service manager (or person communicating with me), the to courier service, even the payment made on time, with no hassles, I was extremely impressed. i wish they bought more than laptops *hides*.Thank you WBL,Onwards and Upwards.

Such a great experience. I was sceptical going into it with the number of online scams but these guys are the real deal. They sent the money within 7 days of me sending the laptop. Their prices are also the best I came across!!!!!!!
