I have been dealing with Zayn for a few months now. He has exceptional knowledge when it comes to reef tanks and he is ever ready to assist in any queries I have. I purchased a M120 limited from him in December 2020 and have no regrets at all. The tank is a masterpiece which makes maintenance and reef keeping so simple. I purchased my first reef aquarium with power lab systems. They made the whole process of delivering the tank to stocking it a breeze. I'm so happy with my 275l tank. The tank and all its components have been working perfectly for the year that I've had it and all fish and corals are happy. I have been converted!!!So where do I start??? Well I suppose from how I got converted. I have a 1000l mixed reef system with lps and sps corals. I use to use other overseas products to supplement my reef tank and all was ok but not great I battled to keep sps corals. So I decided to start looking at other products to supplement. I found powerlabs has there own line of products to supplement reef tanks. I contacted powerlabs and asked a heap of questions that were all answered quickly which was awesome. I decided to give there products a go. I ordered there RC123 supplement there there hardness pack ( Alk+Ca) and there Pi + Pr pack. After a day or so the package arrived at my door step. I must say when I first saw the size of the package I had some worries that I've been short changed. I opened the package and found 5 bottles and 3 containers ( was still concerned) I grabbed the 1 bottle and started reading the directions of use and read 1ml/100 liters weekly, I was in disbelief so I messaged powerlabs to ask if this is correct? They replied yes so I asked what they recommend on how I dose my reef tank? They recommended I dose 1ml per day, yes 1ml so that means the bottle that is 200ml will last me 200 days I was in shock as the product I use to use would only last like 90 days. I rigged up the bottles of supplement with my dosing pump and thought well let's see how good this product really is? After a few days I could already see the difference in my corals which were more lps, they were puffy more color and just looked amazing and healthy I was happy but like I said I battled with sps corals and I know there a lot more factors for success with sps so was lucky enough to get a piece of sps and I could of gone the easier sps route like a digi but I went for a bit harder coral to keep a Acro. I placed the Acro in my reef tank and was like right powerlabs here your test.... wow was I impressed the Acro is thriving its so happy, bushy and healthy. The Acro is even got new growth. I have even added more sps corals like a cactus coral and another Acro and they are thriving. All my corals are actually thriving. Powerlabs products have passed the test hands down. The products work, they are cost effective and best of all there customer service is world class. I am truly converted I am a proudly a Powerlabs customer.
