sorry, the matter was not resolved between my husband and son. my husband asked if he can get another reputable company to confirm your explanation. if it is different from your explanations will you replace the sub, you said no. further how are you'll trying to assist when you said we must buy a new sub at the same price and you'll will not charge for the replacement. surprisingly your company is not rated high, shame I can understand why.if you think the WhatsApp messages etc. is proof keep it we'll need it in the future, plus this was sent when my son established the sub and amp was heating up after 30 minutes of fitment by someone you had referred as you could not fit due unforeseen circumstances.
