The worst spa I've ever been to, we booked here with my partner and after the massage i told him that my back hurts more, lol and to think that we had high expectations since its in ICC you know. Weeeeh no more that was waste of chelete!!

Easy to get to.On the 4th floor of the hotel. Elevators available.Staff friendly and welcoming. They gave me an hour session without prior booking. It was great service, was even advice of how to keep my skin hydrated (which I really appreciated).Definitely going again

Today the 18th of February 2022 we booked a double massage my friend and i. We were a few minutes late due to traffic, we apologized for this. Our therapists were not friendly infact they did not show intrest in messaging us they seemed angry. Now it was time for our massage i have never been massaged that way in my life i felt like i was being punished it was so painful i kept telling the lady it's too painful. She replied with attitude saying it's not her it's my body and continued. My experience was the worse ever the therapist just left without saying after she was done. I woke up dizzy and realized ohhhh she's gone.... as we speak my neck n head is in pain i can't even sleep i feel like going to the Dr tomorrow cause my neck feels stiif n sore.....my friend is also in pain. The lady did not introduce herself i don't know her name but she spoke Zulu.

I booked a spa day for my mom, sister and I over the . When we got there, no one I mean no one knew anything about the booking. I was so hurt, the staff there didn't even care. I had to call around for last minute bookings fortunately Body Pamper Salon was so happy to treat us and our day was made perfect

Great Thai massage .... reasonable price, clean rooms.
