I think you guys need to sort out your call center because no matter when I call it just rings and rings for ever I even found another number linked to a store near me that number is just off permently now you think to yourself how many people like me ha e tryed to buy a bed from you and are not able to so how much money have you now lost.

Bought a king size bed only to relize the bed i was given is a 2nd hand bed, the bed is missing 5 legs, the mattress is worn and the 1 base is torn...phoned the customer care line and spoke to 3 people and still got no help, the manager was to busy to attend to a customer and they keep dropping your calls...if this may help - RATHER GO ELSEWHERE where you'll get better service and quality goods not 2nd handstuff!!!

I am not happy with the service i received, worst service ever!! First we did a payment they said it didn't go through on their side yet we received a message that the payment went through they did not get back to us as promised, secondly the bed was not delivered on the promised 3 days it was delivered on the 4th day what makes it worse it was delivered after 8pm there was no communication regarding the delay during the day. What a service!
