Garage door and gate motor Wizard

Fantastic service.

Called these guys to service my garage. Didn’t realise but the passed my details onto another installer called Kwadukuza Electronics. (Ravi). These guys conned me into replacing both garages and then proceeded to repeatedly not arrive. What they said would take a couple of hours turned into a nightmare of over a week. Hours of cutting one door because they measured incorrectly. (voiding the garage door warranty) They burned marks on the walls while cutting the doors. At the end, I just asked them not to come back because my family couldn’t take the noise, the beeping while they tried to figure out how the motor (that they installed) worked and the smoking inside the garage as well as at our front door. There was an endless array of dodgy characters that kept rocking up to help and just made it worse. They tripped our electricity a few times installing the motors and couldn’t figure out why. I am now paying twice what I budgeted because I have to get another installer in to undo their mess and make the doors safe as one nearly unravelled on my pregnant wife. Anyway, so I called these wizard guys and told them my story. All they said was sorry, we don’t deal with Ravi anymore. Great ownership there. Wouldn’t touch these guys with a ten foot pole. Stay away.

The prompt response and excellent workmanship was provide by Ravi. My gate has not troubled me since.

Used them before but this time service was terrible.Failed to keep 3 appointments over 2 days. When they did eventually arrived tried to charge R2100.00 for 30 min labour.Will never use or recommend them again.
