PostNet Haasendal

Shop 6, Haasendal Gables Shopping Centre, 2 Haasendal Rd, Kuils River.I had used another postnet for about 5 years and was very happy with their service till the aramex van was hijacked with our parcel in it. I found out that we could claim for the lost goods and phoned them. The lady in the store promised to return my call as soon as she spoke to Aramex and till today I still hadn’t heard from them. Was very disappointed and subsequently started using haasendals branch. The young men working there are simply amazing. Very efficient, friendly, polite and helpful.. Although it is quite a bit further than the one I previously used, it is well worth the extra drive.

The absolute best customer service I have ever recieved in a very long time.Thank you Leon and staff for assisting us yesterday up until this afternoon (Sunday 21st April) with the parcel we so needed to get to DurbanHaasendal PostNet made a commitment and followed it all the way through without hesutation

Leon is rude, arrogant unprofessional. I feel sorry for his staff. Reading the reviews, I can see that I am not the only person who has had to deal with his lack of manners and general sense of decency. Yelling at your customers is never acceptable! Perhaps you should seek anger management and get a job where you aren’t client facing.

I worked here and let me tell you that PostNet itself is amazing but the owner Leon has 0 respect for staff and customers. He's rude , unprofessional and had me so stressed out at work that it would feel i would get a panic attack whenever he came in the store.

Still waiting for my license disc renewal. Paid a R200 service fee on top of my license fee to avoid a queue as I have a 10 month old baby. Disgusting service from both Postnet and Qnomore

It's such a shame that it has to come down to this, unfortunately I have to give you guys a 1 star. It's been nearly 2 and a half months and counting since I completed my licence disc renewal through postnet & qnomore. I requested a refund with still no response nor update. This will be the last time I use your service (funny enough no service was provided)....
