BEWARE BUYERS of the New 2022 Kia SorentoI bought a new 2022 Kia Sorento KL33FPGP from the Kia Edenvale dealership.I was very happy with the vehicle until it broke down with my wife on the 21st of December leaving her stranded in Mabalingwe. The problem was that the automatic gearbox did not engage.We phoned Kia Assist and they arranged for the vehicle to be towed to Kia Menlyn.Kia Menlyn repaired the fault within a day.On the 24th December we packed the vehicle dogs included to go and visit our children for the christmas weekend. However the same fault on the transmission happened again when drove out of our Estate.Because Kia Menlyn was closed over Christmas I could only arrange for the vehicle to be towed to Kia Menlyn on the 28th of DecemberThey repaired the fault on the vehicle again on the same date.However when we left for holiday on the afternoon of the 28th of December the same fault on the transmission occurred again. Kia Menlyn then picked up the vehicle at my home.The only feedback I received from Kia Menlyn was that their is a sensor on the transmission that is faulty and the part must be imported from Korea because that specific part was not available in South Africa. They did not give me any indication when this part will be available and for how long I will not have vehicleThis is totally unacceptable. Firstly if you buy a new car from a well established brand like Kia you do not expect your vehicle to break down in the first 6 months.And it is really very disappointing that their parts are not kept in stock in South AfricaThey have promised me a loan vehicle which to date I have not received.On further investigation i established that this type of fault is common on the new Kia Sorento internationally.It leaves such a bad taste in your mouth that a company like Kia South Africa can sell these vehicles to their unsuspecting customers with this fault known to them.This is really a huge inconvenience for myself to be left without your brand new Sorento and not knowing when it will be repaired.I have left Kia South Africa a message on their website to which they have not responded.Kia South Africa must take responsibility for their faulty product and either refund me my money or replace my 2022 Kia Sorento with another Sorento where this problem has been resolvedThis is very poor service from Kia South Africa and I have lost all faith in their products

I am very unhappy with the service I received. Bought a vehicle in Feb 2022 , had to plead for moths for the aerial of the car, had to pay a fine in DEC 2022 because they never bothered to take out a new license. Had to take vehicle again for roadworthy because of this, took 3 days of my time and almost R2000-00. Had to ask for refund still no answer, still no refund. No apologies, no feedback, they could not care less.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Kia Wonderwaters in the beginning of March. The day after the purchase I noticed a crack on the panoramic roof, I spoke to the sales consultant Vusi who said the car was traded in like that and that he will speak to Freddie, his manager for clarity on how to proceed. A cracked glass roof could be a serious problem and I definitely wouldn't of went through with the deal if I had known about it. Freddie did eventually make contact with me but insists I pay 50% of the cost of the repairs which I don't believe is fair. The crack should of been fixed before the vehicle was even put on the show room.

Had such a terrible experience with Motus Ford Germiston.I was in the market for a brand new Ranger. Got a few quotes from various dealers. Ford Germiston came back with the best deal. Mariaan was very helpful and I test drove a vehicle.Finance submitted and approved and the day before I was going to collect the vehicle, i get a call from Quentin Du Toit making false allegations that i am a dealer and they are not allowed to sell to traders / dealers.I was absolutely shocked as the vehicle was being purchased on my name, finance was done on my name etc.They turned this exciting new purchase into a terrible experience.He basically googled by cell number and 2 vehicles came up. 1 vehicle that i sold in 2017 (Personal car) and another which i sold privately (T Cross) as the dealer was not giving me a good price on a trade in. Funny thing is that the first link takes you to a WEBUYCARS advert. How on earth can they assume this is my advert?Well, you have lost a customer and a sale and i will not recommend this dealer at all.

Nothing But The Best....Nothing But A Total Disaster.  Being a senior citizen/chronic patient and patronising the Mercedes Brand  for over 20 years requiring assistance for an emergency breakdown was an experience of a nightmare. Lack customer centricity, Deceitfulness, focussing on the bottomline(making money), not compassionate, lack interpersonal skills, lack communication skills, Rude, arrogant and bombastic. Did not apply the principles of treating customers fairly and informing them. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act our rights were violated to fair and honest dealing and right to accountability from Mercurius Polokwane.The staff in the spotlight are non- other than Melanie Service Advisor who was under- mining the Service Workshop Manager Mr Tendai

Not happy at all with the service we received from Motus select Alberton. We bought a vehicle in December and only drove it for less than 6 months and the car broke down. It was towed to the nearest delearship for repairs since it was covered or under warranty. The guys from liquidCapital have not done anything to the car, it’s more than a month now we are being told that the Alberton branch captured wrong kilometres when they were drafting the policy and for that they are refusing to take accountability. Liquid capital is waiting for us or the Alberton branch to cover the difference in price then they can start fixing the car. My query is that this is the dealerships problem and they are refusing to assist. We’ve sent numerous emails but they never come back,even went on hello Peter but nothing so the only option is to write to the Ombudsman now.

My merc was serviced in jan 23 and they did not have all the parts. It's March 15th no call.no.update. service experience was terrible. After 15 years of being a client I am ready to change. So disappointing
