Well located. Secure and pleasant

I regret spending my money to book at THE RESERVE as I was booking they charged us 500r extra for cleaning but I don't see any cleaners, they sent a cleaner on my checking out day that's disappointment.They said checking was before 11 but I was double checking if I forgot something behind that was 10:16 but the lady sent the security to come take me out from the apartment while I was already leaving it's not professional and she was talking to cleaner that was in my apartment and she didn't know that I Was still inside i couldn't hear everything she was saying she so rude treating for a liar I'm very disappointed.the apartment wasn't not in good condition it took totally different from the pictures , and the apartment was smells bad ....

The Reserve Sandton - False AdvertisingThe photos look NOTHING like the place.My partner and I were there for an hour and had to check out soon because the place was an absolute **** show.There was a horrendous smell that just stayed in the apartment, the couch smelled as though someone had their menstrual cycle on there. And just when we thought it couldn't get any worse, THE FRONT DOOR DOES NOT LOCK! The sliding door needs to be lifted in order to open and close it and if you plan on going out and getting food then take all your personal belongings because the door does not lock from the outside, absolute nightmare.We spoke to the lady that manages the place to inform her that we had to check out and explained what the problems were and that's been a nightmare, an ONGOING one at that.She never gets back to you and wasn't even bothered to come collect the key and apologise for the mess. She simply told us to leave the key in the apartment and someone will come collect it"The worst place I have ever booked! I have been fighting for my refund for 2 weeks straight now! The lady keeps saying she's waiting for feedback from the manager and not bothered to get back to me. I have had to run after them

The Reserve serviced apartments were an excellent choice for our recent corporate trip. We hired 3 apartments and enjoyed the convenience of the full kitchens which is hard to find witha n oven and washing machine. The building is in the middle of a full renovation which was well handled by management. We look forward to seeing it whe it is done for our next time in JHB.

The apartment is much smaller than it appears on the photographs with bedroom measuring 2.6 x 3 m. It’s on a very busy and noisy street. Decor is modern and it has all the required amenities. It is however located in a residential complex that’s pretty shabby with some of the apartments looking decidedly subpar. The apartment is on the second floor and there’s no elevator.

One of coolest hang out, stay over places in Sandton which offers value for money, an cosy setting and more over a fast reliable internet connection, full DSTV bouquet and Netflix so if you looking value for money, cosy homie feel, then trust when I say this is place for you.

Great stay

The apartment door is in a bad shape, we could not lock the door and we felt very unsafe. When I called the lady @ 20h00. She told me to lock the security door only and that the door doesn't lock. We left a safe home and paid for a place that couldn't lock... It was only me and my daughter in that room. When Iasked for the property owner details I was told that she needs permission to do so.
