Very good and fast service

Extremely dissatisfied.Requested that my washing be completed as soon as possible, was even willing to pay extra for faster service as I had to catch a flight the following afternoon. Upon collecting “the following morning” my clothes weren’t ready, The unfriendly staff member blamed load shedding. “Which is a poor excuse as there was only 2hours load shedding”Ended up having to buy new clothes at my destination due to this poor service.Tried to contact the owner to discuss directly but the phones go to voicemail.I guess at the end of the day if the staff member working at reception has a better attitude and handled the situation differently I wouldn’t have ended up here.
