Horrendous experience with the salesman. The moment I questioned the quality of their home packages they tried to sell me a business package and sent a debit form. I told them I wasnt willing to pay that much, but they didnt offer alternatives nor details on the home package, refused an onsite survey and made no attempt to explain their SLAs. I can only imagine how they treat existing customers. I would stay well clear.

I have notified PCN that I will be moving on 2019/06/24 11:20. Today still debit orders are going off and no-one cares to respond to queries in weeks. I would not recommend their service at all. Terrible customer service and call center help line. You can only reach them via email. still never responds.

The most reliable ISP I've used. I've never been happier with my connectivity and the response time from the support team is unrivalled. As a high end user, I highly recommend PCN. 3 years of service and not even looking at other options. Amazing work PCN. Keep it up!

Been waiting over an hour for my Internet to be restored due to nobody being in the accounts department. The support guys brushes me off and avoids answering my questions. I've been with these guys for more than a year now and clearly my business is not recognised on there side.I'll be searching for competent providers that offers service to clients and have staff available.

Shocking service, arrogant management and questionable ethics. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Despite two months of back and forth I have yet to receive a single call to provide answers to my repeated questions. Very quick to take your money, but that's where service delivery appears to end.

Do NOT trust PCN. They are still invoicing me for services even after I terminated my account 2 months ago. No response over email and no answer over the phone. People are going jobless during this pandemic and yet PCN will still invoice you after you terminated contract. Where is the solidarity PCN? Help a fellow South African out and stop invoicing me.

Sometimes when launching a new product or service, businesses invariably run into problems. Its how a company adapts and responds to those problems that shapes the companies success and client satisfaction.Issues were eventually resolved and amendments made, so thank you PCN for taking responsibility and changing my mind :)EDIT:Getting a 2-10 MB line speed on the 100/100 MB Fibre.No credit offered for downtime.Extremely unhappy.If I was not locked into a contract I would have moved on.Avoid this ISP.

We have been using their service for about a year now the first 3 months it was fine but from there now the network has been so poor (59 Cecil Road Salt River). Now we are about 1 week with no Internet, each time the technicians come they don't solve the issue but only promise... We are tired of this and really time for us to change to another Internet provider company with better customer care services...

Dear PCN Management Team,I would just like to send a personal review for Angelo.  My WIFI went down over the weekend and Angelo - although it was a Sunday - replied to all of my emails as well as reporting the issue to the fibre guys.Frogfoot came through yesterday afternoon and had to replace the fibre outside of my property.However - I was still not connected yesterday after they left - Angelo was on the phone to me till 5.30pm to get me set up.As of this morning - Angelo once again went above and beyond and everything is back on track.Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Angelo and the team for the fast-turnaround! Angelo knew the urgency as I work from home and did everything in his power to get me back up and running.
